I am bhushan patil. I am complaining about prajakta travels office at kudal, sindhudurg - 416520, at post pinguli.
Actually my father advanced booked two tickets at prajakta travels office at kudal, sindhudurg - 416520, at post pinguli. They gave booked ticket no 13 and no 14 to my dad (Murlidhar eknath patil). Of date[protected]
At the date of travelling on[protected] when my dad and sister went to seat on their booked seats but there was already peoples seated on that seats.
The owner of this travels refuse to give booked seats and he try to adjust seats
Randomly somewhere in bus.
At that time my sister got angry and she start fight for get booked seats.
My dad have issue of spine, high blood pressure and diabetes. He wear belt while traveling. Bcz of my dads health issue dad advanced booked seats at prajakta travels office at kudal, sindhudurg - 416520, at post pinguli.
While all that owner of travels disrespects my sister and dad.
This is rude and irresponsible bad behaviour of owner with women and elder person. He uses abusive language.
He owns that bus that never give him rights to talk disrespectfully to any women or elder person or any other person. When we advanced booked seat for our best comfort while traveling. Without giving any pre information about booked seat issue or replacing seats he refused to give booked seats
After all that fight my dad and sister took money back from owner.
I want you take strong action against this owner of prajakta travels office at kudal, sindhudurg - 416520, at post pinguli who all this rude and disrespectful behaviour and mainly refused to give advanced book seats to customer.

He did same thing with me. I booked advanced ticket seat no 13 on
Sunday 02-12-18 and on my travel day 05-12-18 when i was seated on my seat owner send someone to seat on my seat by telling thats its double booking happened. But i did not move from my seat. Still that owner talked disrespectful statement about me.

Both time me and my family member go under mental harassment bcz of owner of prajakta travels office at kudal, sindhudurg - 416520, at post pinguli. My sister got pnic attack bcz of him.
They have two buses one no is 9792 and other is 9651. Sometimes they give ticket of diff no bus and while travel in bus of other no of bus.
This bus carry lots of illegal luggage in luggage compartment like company parts, cashew nuts, coconuts. All bcz of that public security is questionable also bcz of luggage their stops are uncountable through out the journey.
