Somehow the display got damaged.
I tried all the possible numbers
1st call :[protected]
2nd call : helpline number: +91 [protected] - delhi
3rd call : [protected] (Mr amit)
4th call [protected] (Mr arjun)
And many more...
We are now informed that they have stopped rio service and they cannot do anything. How can they stop service to existing .Customers, they can very well stop sales rather but they still selling mobiles online whereas service is stopped which i feel is fraud.
How would customer while purchasing the mobile know that there is no after sales service. It is very clearly mentioned on the mobile box " for service enquiry you may call us on [protected] .
