With ref to HBL=[protected], other series of complaints, subsequent personal meetings & long chain of email communications since Mar-18, 2013 .
We demanded, HDFC to compensate for International Call Cost, incurred in following with
1. CC-Customer Care
2. CC-Greivance redressal
to get service request honored. There was enormous delay HDFC CC section to provide service in time demanded to fulfill the request by HDFC- Life.
