On perusal of my savings bank account no. [protected] with state bank of india, p. B. Sarani branch, 64/1, richie road, kolkata - 700 019. I noticed that there was a pay-tm debit entry of rs. 1754.00 (Rupees one thousand seven hundred and fifty-four only) on the 22nd may, 2017.
Although i am a regular user of your paytm facility, i had not made any such payment from my said account and accordingly, filled a complaint with my bankers on the 5th june, 2017 who registered the same with a ticket no. [protected].
After a lot of pursuance and correspondence, my bankers have treated the matter as "closed" but no money has been credited in my above account and i have been asked to take-up the matter directly with you.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly cause an enquiry to ascertain as to how an amount of rs. 1, 754.00 was debited and refund the same to me at an early date.
