I am P.S. Kannan aged 69 residing at D.No.14/10-Muthamil St., B.V. Nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai-600114 and my consumer number is 457 LPG ID:[protected]. The Company supplied 14.2 kg of Cylinder on 8-1-2016 vide their Bill No.[protected] for my refill booking No.[protected] Dated[protected] and its cost is Rs.671.5. under Domestic NLR-2 - FOR EQUIPMENT::14.2 DNSC SCHEME DSCDBTI - 6 OF QUOTA QTY :: 12.DGCC No=0.

Previously the LPG Cylinder of the above quantity will lost long for 30 to 35 days but this time it was over with-in 18 days. There was no extra usage and the usage as normal as it was. Please let me know the reason for quick drain.
