Praveen Raghavan — Amount Paid now not getting

Dear Sir,

Praveen has taken money from me with a promised return on profit sharing basis, I have received 2-3 Profit Sharings after that stoped and till now dailly I am following up with him but no amount is being received; he has show confident that he will be paying as profit on each investments after 2-3 months he says not received once receive I will do like that, now almost 5 Years completed I havent received my money back, Kindly do the needfull to get my harderned money;

He promised me to pay every month profit sharing
He promised me that whatever amount he receive from his clients he will transfer
He promised me he will pay Jotun Project Profit
He promised me that money will come soon, very soon

So Many promises he will doing but till now nothing so far he has taken OMR 88, 000 and out of this received only OMR 700

Currently I am staying in Oman and he is also staying in Oman
