I am a razor pay customer. I ordered a kids wear in preetiworld.in and payed through your gateway. I didn’t receive any order conformation mail yet. Later on scrutinising I doubt if it is a fraudulent shopping platform. I request you to look into this issue and please enable me by any means to contact the seller(preetiworld) or take action by cancelling their account on razor pay for fraudulent Charge thus protecting Razorpay’s reputation as a good Payment gateway.
