Prem Motors Jaipur — New purchase car maruti swift vdi problem in gear

Hi. i am purchase a new maruti swift vdi on date 9/11/2015 from dudu jaipur prem motors outlet chassis no. 892350 in this car problem in gear 2 gear is coming free of car in running condition for this problem i am told to sales executive of outlet prem motors he suggest car send to workshop prem motors v k i aria rod no 8 jaipur i am sending this car to workshop of prem motors on date 31/12/2015 & attend mr.vijay sharma workshop manager this car he told for 3 days resolve the problem of this car but still he is no response & no repair for this problem my car is still parked at workshop from 31/12/2015 & workshop manager is no responce for this issue & he told if i am going for any comp-lent of him he take more time in solve the issue of this new buy kindly suggest why he dont resolve my issue & why he is no response regards mukesh kumar dogiwal dudu jaipur rajasthan [protected]
