Premier Honda — civic - defect after servicing

We have Honda Civic 2008 with running kms of about 31000 only. Normally we're doing service with Vision Honda. But in this worst time, we were given our vehicle for periodical service to "Premier Honda" Kottayam, Kerala. They've delivered the car to us after servicing on 19th July 2019. Then we've noticed a defect that except driving mode all other modes have vibration with noises, we were raised complaint about that on same day itself to the company. And they pickup the car from our house on 26th July 2019. They are telling that there was a fluid leakage issue which was not there upto giving our vehicle to that company. Now they are charged Rs.11500/- for the part replaced even if that defect which was not there when the car with us before servicing. Here we attached the initial cost receipt of servicing.
