Premier Travels, Kumbakonam — Foreign Job Cheating in the name of Medical amount and NOC advance.

Dear Sir,

One year before, I have come across the foreign job advertisement in the gulfwalkin website about the cleaning supervisor job in Kuwait. The agency name Premier Travels, kumbakonam. (Near railway station and bus stand).

There was online interview and I have selected for the said post. Immediately the agency told me the service charge 60000 rupees and took advance 10000 rupees. This 10000 rupees I have paid through the loan amount from the known source. After one week the Premier Travels called me for the medical. They sent me to one medical lab in the market area and one lady took the blood and make urine sample in the small bottle. The lab is looking like old godown room. There is no Xray facility in the lab. The lab owner took me to the nearby hospital and paid 200 rupees for the Xray.

Xray 200 rupees finished. The balance is blood test and urine test. Any lab can do it in just 200 rupees and give the result in one hour. But this premier travels charge me 3500 rupees in the broad day light. It is simply looting and cheating. Anyhow I need the job, so I paid the amount what they demand by keeping the Kuwait job offer. Then they ask me to take NOC from passport department and I finished the NOC also by travelling to Chennai. They took my original passport also. They just passed 4 months time and told me now there is no visa in that company so you take back your passport and advance amount 10000 rupees.

I ask what about medical amount 3500 rupees and NOC charges I have spent for travelling to Chennai moreover waiting for four months by submitting the passport in your travels. They just told me they don’t know anything now no visa. So, I ask return the medical amount but they told me medical already done so they cannot return the amount. I ask them give the medical report they told me they cannot give the report also. Now I understand that, it is clearly cheating and in fact they did not make any medical. Just to receive the blood and urine for the namesake and get 3500 rupees for this formalities to cheat the job seekers.

If there is no visa in the company then why they conduct the interview and make medical and NOC certificate? These all they make drama to make believe the candidate this as real. Their only ambition is to cheat the medical amount 3500 rupees in the broad day light. I have contacted many times the agency office in kumbakonam but they speak in the cruel manner. Then I contact the head office in Chennai, T Nagar with the owner. The owner assure me to return the partial amount of what has been spent. But one and half year passed he did not return any single rupee.

So, I kindly request you please contact the kumbakonam premier travels and T. Nagar premier travels to get back my hard earned amount of 5000 rupees from them.

Government should take the matter as serious not to give permission to take the passport from the candidate. Moreover, all the amount need to be bill for each and every category. Now all the Gulf countries introduced Gamca medical only by the authorized labs. Any agency ask the candidate to make medical in the local labs are completing cheating and fraud.
