Fraud agency in the name of providing service.
Token paid 2000
I year service booked match 2023 13k.
No nany has turned up since then.
Been chasing them for refund since then daily someone calls for interview and none turns up.
We want our money back.
They have terrible customer care who do nothing but say we will provide nanny.
Strict action must be taken against them.

Updated by Pratibha.A I have been chasing them, they just not refunding the advance salary taken RS. 13000.
The nannies being sent demand a higher quote than the quote provided by Prenu. They are never in sync and i doubt if any background verification is done for these nannies.

Do not book any service from them. All the nannies they sent for interview, someone was deaf, no verification done, none meet our requirement, no parents can take risk with such service, where you will leave your baby with such unverified identities or someone who gives lame reasons and escapes.
