Prepinsta — Fraud

I recently ended up buying a course of 4999 INR from PrepInsta by getting tamed from their advertisements.
1.Despite paying the full payment to prepinsta the website is denying my access to most of the courses.
2.Half of or more of the courses that they have provided are missing, they are either under construction or haven't updated anything yet but their marketing showcases that we offer you so much of courses, which is kind of fooling people around to buy they course and end up getting half an empty box.
3. Till now the contents I have seen are not recently updated.
4. The contents are organized in quite an confusing manner of way and they have been mixing up the visitors section and students section which ends up making a student go out tracked soo easily.
5. Their customer service is very weak. They lack being attentive towards the issues raised and a good guidance.
6. The videos take way too much time to load and always buffer and crash inspite of having a very good internet connection.
Lastly I would like to suggest others to not to get tamed by their good advertisements.
They should first complete constructing their courses in a good manner of way and then go launching it. It's totally unfair to the consumers to get provided with such an incomplete course.
7. Before purchasing the subscription they promised to have a 7 day refund policy but after purchasing subscription there are many hidden terms and conditions involved which were not conveyed to me before making the payment.

I would request you to help me to resolve this issue. I am a boy from middle class and those amounts of money paid is quite valuable to me. Kindly help me to get a refund.
