Presidium — money fraud

Dear sir
We have invested 1lakh with the presidium school gurgaon palam vihar branch. On 11th jan 2018 with the interest of 13%. (We have stamp paper with us) but from june onwards, they have stopped my interest. As i was pregnant with complications, i delivered the twins in 7th month out of which i lost one due to over weakness. I urged school to break my fd as my kids were in nicu and we were not able to bear the charges of the hospital which they simply denied. Then i asked them to atleast adjust the amount in my elder daughter fee so that a bit burden get wiped off. They told me that it will be done but the interest will be given for rest 4 months on pending amount only and not on 1 lakh. We agreed to this. They dint keep the words and kept sending me the reminders for fee of 73400 rs.. We were mentally very disturbed with what all happening in our life and were not able to visit school on daily basis due to ongoing medications of me n my new born at nicu and in school we have to wait for 2 2 hours and principal went off without meeting. How this can be manageable to take the off from job by the head of the family and who is helping in the household too as we stay in nuclear family.
Finally, the maturity date came and they were not ready to pay me the amount. On 1st feb after staying back standing in principal's office itself and kept a huge pressure on her to adjust the fee and give me the receipts to file the return, they did it hand to hand. Now it's been 2 months, they are not giving me 26600 and saying that school has no money right now and you have to wait till april what they can do best. Moreover no interest would be provided to u.
The authorized person is not listening to principal and not meeting us ; the parents.
Sir, when chairperson the mrs sudha gupta has 51lakh to donate to an ngo sparsh then how could they can't give remaining amount of 31000 including the pending interest as per their calculation back to the parents. Last year, the teacher begged to invest as school wants some money and they gave us the notorized paper of all the points. But now on giving application 5 times, there is no solution given to us.
Principal has nothing to share with us as now she is not meeting us nor she is attending our calls.
Of we had put the amount in bank and not taken to help the new branch of the school, they would have given when ever we want but don't know that the school will be a big cheater in this case. And digest all our money.
Plz help in getting back the amount asap as this is all our "mehnat ki kamai" and we are in deep need of this due to circumstances going on.
Also, they are holding it because we are not continuing in this school anymore and moving to our noida house. They are in a thought that they will not come again n again from there so school can eat up fully.
