Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that i have purchased 04 nos speed governor from your guwahati distributor m/s s. M. Infotech vide invoice no. Sm/ti/17-18/001 dtd 22/5/2017 for rs. 34, 000 excluding fitting charges. Their representative came and fitted the speed governor. But it is not working at all. The dealer said that company engineer (Mr. Prakash) will come and set the speed governor. I have spoken to mr. Prakash several times and he assured me that he will personally come within two to three days but he did not come. Now he is not responding. He is a very big liar.
I have attached the invoice of the purchase from your guwahati distributor.

I have complained many times through email (Dated 8th aug, again on 11th oct) also but we have received no response from your side. We have spoken to mr. Raj gopal many times, but his indifference towards us is really causing us great inconvenience.
So, i have no option but to complain you in these matter. I would be grateful if you look into the matter and take strict action.
