I booked the hotel her for 18-19th September 2022. I checked in and went to the room the room was unclean and the smell was so bad the walls were smelling like rainwater in it. Even the corridor was smelling so I told them in 10 minutes after checking my room that I cant stay here i want to cancel my booking the hotel staff said sorry this is against our policy we cant provide refund as i checked in.. But without check in how will i know the condition of room so rude staff. Even if i changed the room i cant risk staying there with the hatred of them. I spent 10, 460 and they are saying I cant get refund of the single penny of the payment.
