Dear Sir,
I want to draw your attention about Samsung service in India. I booked a complaint having No [protected] with customer care on 10 Jun 2022 and waited for new part PCB to come. This part came on 29 Jun after a long wait and assigned Mr Mushtak for installation having Mob No [protected] by team leader Mr Ravi ([protected]). My complaint has been closed without changing the part and now I am advised to re-complaint, demand again and wait. Now Ravi is not picking call and nobody is replying about my query.
