Complaint against dental negligence and unethical conduct: I would like to file a formal complaint against Dr. Pankaj (Prime Dental) for gross medical negligence and unethical behavior. My mother, a senior citizen with pre-existing conditions (high BP, allergies, psoriasis), underwent dental implant treatment at his clinic. A significant amount was paid for OSSTEM implants. However: The implants failed, and no proper corrective plan was provided. In April 2026, without informed consent, procedures were performed, including removal of one implant (worth approx. ₹50, 000), which was never disclosed to us. Multiple procedures were conducted without explanation, and antibiotics were repeatedly prescribed. The doctor threatened my mother and discouraged us from asking questions. No replacement or refund has been provided for the failed implant. We had to consult another dentist to even understand what was done.
