Bro I am facing the same problem. But it's total fake. The agreements are fake and everything . They are just trying to rip money out of you. You can see the video of IshanLLB on YouTube and he will make you clear everything.
I hope your lawyer is Punit Gupta. Call him and ask him about his Bar Council Number.

A company named prime solutions called me for part time online job... As soon as i talked for about 5 mins they made a agreement... Now they are saying to pay refund money... I hadn't worked for the company for a single day... Someone calling himself an advocate is calling me and saying they have filed a case against me... Now what i have to do plz help me out

A company named prime solution had called me for online work and made an agreement and they didn't even informed about it..and I have not worked for a single day.please suggest what should I do.

A company named prime solutions has made a agreement with me l need to fill 1000 forms in 10 days and i have completed the form filling and they told me that they will share the QC report with in 6-7 working days but they have shared the report with in 3-4 hrs and told the QC report is failed.

Now instead of paying me the amount for the work what i have done they are asking me to pay the maintenance amount of 4500 and they are sending emails like under section 420 of Indian penal court you need to pay the maintenance amount.
They are harassing me for the amount by continuous calls and emails.
Please help me regarding this

The have made me fool by fake data entry job.
And demand for 5200 rs.
With a fake aggrement with sr no. UK 5115
THAT THEY HAVE ALSO USED With other person too.

They are threatening to pay 1, 50, 000 what to do ??

They also told 3rd level case filing on me in Court of MH .. am very scared 😫😫... They gave 2 option Pay actual amount of 8500 within 15 min... Or pay 1, 50, 000 in court .. am helpless plz.. help me😫😫..
