I got a message on 23rd aug 4, 14, 21 sep 2018 saying that rs.20 has been deducted from my account though. Iam not using any primezone service. I have not noticed that rs.20 has been deducted and the message also i have not noticed. I just noted the message today. Please check and refund my deducted amount. Please acknowlege my complain. Message appears like below:"thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789

The service has been activated on it's own and cannot be deactivated as per customer support as we have activated. Another way of cheating from airtel and so far lost 40 rupees.

Why does airtel has this worst habit of deducting money without any information or intimation? Some action has to be taken against them for this. The latest for me is Rs 20 deduction without any information or confirmation from my side..
