Primus global they will conduct fake interviews and cheat job seekers.
They know very well the particular person is not suitable for opening but for name same they will ask to come for interview.
I have accounts receivables experience, my profile is suitable for there openings in primus global bangalore location, they ask me do you have tally experience, i clearly told i do not have practical experience but i read tally, i informed this information to there employee in 1st round of telephonic interview itself, his name is vijay kumar (Telephone extn. 302) ([protected]@primusglobal.com), he is belong to primus global location hyderabad.
2nd round of telephonic interview conducted by primus global bangalore director chandra, i told all my experience and he ask about tally experience, i clearly informed to him also i do not have tally experience.
3rd round of interview is f2f in bangalore with chairman, i am belong to chennai they ask to come bangalore, i spend lots of money for travelling (Accommodation, food and travelling expenses)
Even chairman knows very well i do not have tally experience, it has been informed by there director i believe because in the interview process chairman before seeing my profile itself he told you do not have tally experience. I agreed and told i do not have tally experience but i can learn and do.
After interview process over, they ask me to wait and collected all my documents (Educational and professional)
After 2 days i check with vijay, what is the status?
He said coolly, i need one week time for the status, i checked after a week through telephonic - vijay asking who are you?, he did not remember me, i told everything i am from chennai you arranged interview in bangalore for ar position last week before, vijay saying give me a day will let you know before eod today.
After a day i sent an email for the status, vijay saying your profile is exactly matched with our opening and your very good candidate but we are rejecting your profile though you do not have tally experience.
I told i do not have tally experience in first round of interview itself, then why the hell they ask me to come for face 2 face interview.
Just for name sake interview conducting, for cheating they are conducting interview and wasting candidate money.
I request do not attend any interviews with primus global from outstation.
