Prince Institute Of Innovation And Technology — Unable to give our marksheets for B.ed course

Me and my sister SHAILLY YADAV and SWATI YADAV enrolled in this college which is in greater Noida, plot number 09, Knowledge park 3, gautam buddha Nagar.
We took admission in B.ed two year course 2018-20 batch. This college has crossed all limits and the HOD Ms. Anjum Ara and person who is admin at office Mr. Pravesh are unable to tell us why marksheets have not been received for us.
We have not got marksheet for first year and kept on asking the reason. They said it due to migration certificate but we submitted that along with exam form and have receiving of that as well. Now even the second year marksheet they are unable to give us. When we ask the question they both ask us to contact University and says it's due to migration or some other issue.
As a responsible college they should provide us the reason that why our marksheets are not sent to college. However we could see this in online result page.
We have spent so much time in following up but everything in vain. Our whole hard work is zero if we don't get the marksheet and we have nobody who can respond or listen to us.
We need to apply I'm various exams and it's very important that we need marksheet from our college.
Please help us.
