I ordered from the website on Friday evening and requested an urgent delivery on Saturday morning as the products were to be gifted to someone. There were no replies to my dms and I had ordered from the website only because I got to know that they deliver within 24 hours in Lucknow. It has been a week there has been absolutely no response towards my requests, moreover I'm not able to track my order properly. If the products have reached lucknow why aren't they moving or being delivered? I atleast expect a follow up on my order or atleast a reply to all the messages or emails but indeed the *worst customer service* I've ever come across. There was no option for COD so had to pay beforehand. I expected either a reply if there is any issue, a refund or something but it's a fraud I guess Was this information helpful? |
