Print Villa — money deducted but phone cover hasn't even reached

I have ordered a cover almost 12 days ago and online payment had been done for the same..and later when we check..the order hasnt even moved and the company is not even responding to us and then now the website says it in under maintatinence .. Please take a action against them if it is a fraud company.. i request you to check their website and do the needful!
