Printblow — Ordered payment done but no response

I ordered 12 mini Polaroid and one photo strip. The payment was done and i got payment email. But the order is not showing up in the order list plus whatever i ordered is still in the cart. I tried contacting through email but the email provided doesn't exist. The app is not letting to drop a complaint msg and the insta is also unresponsive
