Printcarts — i have not received my order and now there website has also closed

I have 1 mobile cover from printcarts on 21st may 2018 my order number is 101653. Rs. 194 was deducted from my account and i have not received my order till today. So please take necessary action on them has there website is also not working anymore.

Also facebook should also not share adds of such fraud company. Because people trust the brand like facebook on bases of that they order the products considering the sellers are genuine.

Please help get my money back
