I have ordered 2 mobile covers ₹149/- each from printvilla.in online. Payment was made through card so the payment is already made. But there is no reply from this website regarding my order. Order cannot be tracked online, there is no reponse whether the order is accepted or cancelled. One of my friend have also ordered from the same site and is facing the same problem. Even the money is not refunded. The order was made on 9 april 2018, order #78728. Kindly take action against this.
