I had ordered 4 iphone covers on 7 april 2018, i approached the company on 9april asking when my order will be delivered, got a revert within 3-4 working days. I have been writing to them continuously but no response from their side. Today it’s been 11 days and no information for my order. Not even replying to emails and facebook messages. They take payment from online method, i need my refund of inr 641.

I have ordered mobile covers and the money got deducted from account. But still i am waiting for mobile covers and the company is not responding for refund or order delivery. The payment status is cancelled on the website. Also there is no contact point other than email of the company on which it is not responding.
