Printzoe — Tou delivered instead of printer

I have placed an order on www printzoe.store. my order was for a printer. I was delivered a toy (bubble gun) instead of ordered product. After receiving and checking the product i immediately informed the company through mail id provided along with order confirmation mail and that mail I'd was also mentioned on their website. the product was received on 28th April 2023 and complaint for same demanding replacement of product or refund of my money was done on same day but till date i.e 21st may 2023 no response is been received from the company .
