My daughter completed under graduate in 2020. She yet to receive her graduation certificate. Yesterday we went the college to find out the status. We were told by the security person to pay rupees18000.00 then the certificate will be issued in two days time or wait till college open they will inform once the certificate is ready. I asked him to give this in writing he refused and asked us to wait for the concern person to come, we waited for one and half hour and no one came. My daughter have to submit the certificate in the college where she is doing her PG.
