Pristine Research — Unprofessional attitude - no response from calls and email

I have opted for Paid service of your company. From Last 4 working days I was not getting any calls and sms. I called the representative and come to know that the market was down, so I didn't mind it. Later I came to know that the Server is down.

Today also no call was provided to me. From last 4 days no calls are provided to me.

When I had not paid complete money then everyone was calling me and picking up my phone. I just wanted to know if your company is not having professional attitude they should not respond and ask person for investing in advisory firm.
