The hospital where me and my family was admitted, didn't provide the services as they told before. The pristym care employee told me that the patient will be discharged in 3 hr but the staff was not present, not even the doctor was available on the floor. Before I made the payment they made a lot of promises and said I'll be having free appointments with the doctor, but after we got discharged the customer care didn't gave us any appointments with the doctor. They said she's busy all the time. Even though it was emergency. As the conclusion is that pristym care provide half information and make you pay. After you make the payment they just ignore you. And the hospital they have partnered with aren't good at all. Kindly avoid pristym care and go directly to the hospital Was this information helpful? |
