Pritee Das — Wrong FAIL SI CHARGE charge - Home loan account # [protected]

I never realised that I will ever have to contact you ever in my life, but the day came just after 5 months. Infact this would have been in the first month itself, but for I let go as an exception case.

My account details :
Name : Pritee Arjun Das
Account # : [protected]
Loan EMI amount : 30, 000

I am an NRI and reside in Germany. I purchased a house and a savings and loan account was opened in September in Pune, Shivaji Nagar branch. My monthly EMI is 30, 000 some change.
My first EMI was bounced on 11th October 2021, even after having a balance of 67, 909.30 and I was charged 236.00 as FAIL SI CHARGE. When I checked with the bank, they informed me that it was a technical glitch from their side. (Please refer to the 2nd Attachment ). I was still assured that I will get the refund of 236.00

Today on 3rd Feb, 2 more FAIL SI CHARGE has been debited from my account, even after having a balance of 79, 740.

I want my all 3 amounts to be refunded and it should be assured to me that it will never happen again. For the bank’s technical issue, It’s illegal to deduct any amount from any customer’s account, that too even after having sufficient balance.
