Prithvi Unicon Builders And Developers — late completion of apartment - thirumala anemone
Beware of the name "prithvi unicon builders and developers", headed by mr. Raghu veera d. He will promise heaven to you at the time of booking the apartment or even during the construction is under progress, but his commitments don't come with a proper timeline and the projects are delayed for an uncertain time.
I have purchased an apartment in thirumala anemone and the proposed date of completion was june 2015. But the construction is still going on in the apartment. The builders may say that its a false complaint.in case if you have any doubts over my claims, please visit the thirumala anemone apartment at royal lake front residency road, beside rjr laguna apartment 8th phase jp nagar.
Before purchasing any apartment make sure that you ask the neighbours what they feel about the project and since when the apartment is under construction.
Many irregularities (Illegal 9th floor construction, no stp, poor quality of lifts) you can find in this apartment. Approval was given for g+8 floors but you can find one imaginary floor sitting on top of 8th floor.
This project started in the year 2013 and was supposed to be completed by end of 2015, and currently we are into 2018. So totally 2+ years, why to say 2+ years, by the time the project gets completed it will be 4 years for sure but still the project is not yet completed.
Now the builders (So called prominent builders) raghu, dileep & aditya. This project being a joint venture and none of them are ready to get the project completed. When the buyers ask them when they will be completing the project, they give vague answers saying that they don't have money to fund for the project completion, demonetisation etc. Demonetization happened 1 and half year ago but still they take it as an excuse to delay the project.
All the buyers of this apartment feel that the project will take another 1-2 years to complete. We have invested our hard earned money into this project and these useless builders are no where concerned about the buyers.
We buyers had to follow up with builders for completion of project but what we got was fake assurances and useless promises.
Residents started living in the apartment without oc and no permanent electricity. The builders have no idea whether they get oc to this apartment, since they have built an illegal 9th floor.
In the month of december one of the resident met with a lift accident. Lift fell from 8th floor to 2nd floor, thank god nothing major happened. The resident escaped with minor injuries. Very poor quality lift, government offices lift are better than the lifts in this apartments. Really ashamed that why we purchased flat in this apartment.
I'm sure that once they see this complaint definitely there will be few of them saying that these builders are very loyal and punctual and have completed the projects on time but with minimal delay. But feel free to visit the apartment and ask the residents who are residing there.
We should also blame the marketing team that is handling this project by giving false assurances to the buyers. We were promised at the time of agreement that it will take just 2-3 months to complete.
We buyers have no choice now. We request the buyers to complete the project but they have taken us for granted.
Also poor labourers they have been protesting every month to get the daily wages. They atleast show some unity between themselves to get their wages paid. These builders have no sympathy towards those workers. Workers have to take their scoldings before they are paid. Why? Why should we and the labourers be silent for all this happenings because of buyers.
