I stay in Chander nagar, Delhi 110051. On the streets there is a menace created by the stray cattle. These cattle are owned by private dairy owners in the area of Ghondli and they set their cattle loose and these cattle creates menace in the residential area - in the form of traffic jams and due to cow dung there is always a foul smell in the area!!
