Private School — Unsatisfying guidelines

i am rohit from dholpur rajasthan .i want to report against a private primary school for not following guidelines provided by govt. of india.school address is nana sahab ka bara, shastri gali, kayasthpara dholpur rajasthan.
there is no playground, proper toilets, proper water system, proper classrooms.most importantly school is running in a residential house in the middle of colony so all the neighbours is getting disturbance.

please take action asap .life of children is in danger.
