I order the jewellery of Rs 1300/ on 22nd of March,
I got my order on 25 March, I order necklace they delivered the necklace but it was the wrong one then I messaged on the number which I had of them and I asked her the return policy of the jewllery she told its up to 15 days.
Then she shared the refund link but it was showing this necklace is not for refund, but the refund policy was for 15 days. I kept asking for 2 days how I can complain for the refund she stop replying.
I also send her the opening video of the necklace but still not got any update on refund
