I am a civil engineer and worked in priyanka construction borada pvt ltd as a gm - civil, and worked in chiripal project site, ahmedabad, this company was not give my salary for one and half month from may 2016 and june 2016 and terminate me without any notice and salary, i was appointed as a gm - civil in vapi location and after two month he transfer me ahemedabad, bareja construction site location to construct chiripal group new project as a project manager, after two month worked, suddenly mr utkarsh mehta chairman & ceo of priyanka construction baroda pvt ltd (Pcbpl) call me and terminate me by phone with out any type of prior notice, information, and reason, and compensation and process, priyanka construction baroda pvt ltd (Pcbpl) company was not paid my one and half month salary also one month one month extra salary for termination. This company already, lots of labour case are already filed in various labour court against this company due to not paid the wages to labor. I was not received my salary and compensation and need justice from govt of gujarat and govt of india, priyanka construction borada pvt ltd a construction company who are not follow the company, s rules and regulation, i want justice from authorized department.
