Date : 22.12.2023, I have paid Rs 5000/- for 3 sharing PG without any agreement as I needed that for my stay from 1st January, 2024 as I got a Job, but after that I realized she will charge for every household amenities one is going to use such as Gas, Fridge, washing machine and many more which are for her use also, she will stay the whole day and use everything and take charge for that equally from us which was not affordable for me, also she said she lives alone but sometimes her boyfriend comes at night, which again was not safe for me in a complete new city, so I called her and cancelled before 1st January . She said she will refund my money, I trusted her, I asked her for agreement but she replied she trusts everybody and she never needed any agreement, after this incident, from 27.12.2023 till now I text her, she repeats same words that 'give me some time, I will pay you', some days before my father met a major accident and lost his left femoral head broken, I told her everything, requested for the money in that situation, but there is no change from her side, she has no basic humanity she did not refund my money, not replying my texts, not receiving my calls, I have proof o[censored]PI payment .
I just want my money back, Please take a legal step to resolve it.
