Hi my name is koushik. I stayed in a flat in jaipur. Tulip apartment, t2, a26, a block, dadu dayal nagar, sanganeer 302021.
House owner name is mr. B n mathur.
He did not refunded me the security deposit amount as i followed everything legally as per the agreement.
The reason he is giving is after one year, the rent is increased 15%, so now he says i have to pay him additional amount. I have all the proof that i settled the amount (Bank statement on his name).
Later i enquired with my friends about him and came to know that he is refusing to pay the refund for all the previous tenants who stayed in his flat.
