[Resolved]  Pro Gate Gate Coaching Institute — Don't Buy online study material

I had ordered Pro GATE USB Videos + Study material for a friend who is currently studying in NIT Srinagar. Since she is staying in a location that is not serviced by private courier, the material returned back a few times but finally she received all the books and videos by govt registered post after multiple attempts by the institute.I was not aware of this and posted the above on this site without checking with her. When I came to know that she had received everything and cross checking with the institute, I asked the site to remove this complaint. But, as per the site policy, the complaint cannot be deleted. I apologize for having caused damage to reputation of ProGATE coaching without checking of proper facts and will be more careful in the future.I am very satisfied by the efforts of the institute in ensuring that students receive all material at the earliest inspite of remote locations and again apologize for the fact that I did not check with my friend before posting this complaint. I will again request the admin of the site to remove this complaint at the earliest.
