Procter & Gamble — increase price but reduce quantity of the head & shoulders (h&s) shampoo

I have a complaint against head & shoulders (H&s) shampoo for increase its price of pouch (Sachet) from 3 rs/- to 4 rs/- but it reduce its quantity 7 ml to 8.5 only.
While the gst rate is reduced from 28 % to 18%. Even head & shoulders (H&s) shampoo increase its rate of pouch (Sachet) from 3 rs/- to 4 rs/- & reduce its quantity as compare its against old price.
So, i request please take an action against the company - procter & gamble of head & shoulders (H&s) for taking more money from the customer even government reduce gst rate from 28% to 18%.
Therefore consumer get the justice against malpractice of the company.
