Prodigy Solutions — Update my phone number.

Its been over 4 months the i call and i called every day from 8am and 5pm.Asking to please update my phone number so my husband can call and text. Well all i get is the they will leave a message for them to call me back. Its been this long and not even one single phone call. When o try to updated on the website it says my new phone number belongs to another account.
