I am LPG gas consumer who is registered with M/S Dhirendra Gas Services Modinagar. My consumer registeration no. is 12268. Today I had gone for gas cylinder refill booking. I was informed that until & unless I purchase gas tubing from them, my refill booking will not be done. In Oct. 2012 I had got my system inspected by them by paying requisite fee & got changed the tubing on their advice with ISI brand tube.
But today they insist that as I have not purchased tubing from them they will not register my refill request. Every now & than this distributor is harassing the consumers on one pretext or the other. Pl. help me in the matter.
