inkkarnation.com — product delivery issue

I had ordered white Mug on dated 9th March 2013 from Inkkarnation.com. Amount paid is Rs 249/-. Order number they had given in KO-5936 As per them I will get my mug with in 5 to 6 Days. I had contacted to them on Dated 15th March, 2013, the person had told that I will get my Mug on Monday i.e. 18th March. I had mailed also to their Email ID [protected]@inkkarnation.com as provided on dated 16th March & 21st March, But I had not got any response from their side.

More than 15 Days had passed and I am constantly chasing them from Monday, 18th March, but their number [protected] was always busy from Morning to till Late night as If they had intentionally done that.
I had cheated by Inkkarnation.com site. They are not delivering the product neither they are going to cancel the product as there is no way one can communicate to them. Kindly Help to get my money back.

I had similar experience. I ordered a customized t-shirt on 19th May I've mailed their customer care quite a few times... They replied on 29th May, but since then again there has been no communication from their side and no replies to the queries... Even after 21 days, I still haven't received any delivery neither have I got any update from their side.

Is it a scam?

I had a great experience with Inkkarnation.com I ordered a caricarure mug from them on 7 July and received it today on 12 July

I didn't face any Problem with them. I am getting nice response from inkkarnation.com
6 orders till now. Great service. Once my Gift was broken they replaced it immediately.

They provide nice service. As it worked well for me till now.
