Sub: Non Solving complaint

This is informing you to the above subject about the non solving complaint.

In this regards, we draw your kind attention that light & fan are in non working condition from day before yesterday. so we had register complaint at Kone Elevator's Toll Free Nos.[protected] & our complaint no. is 230270 (Elevator No.[protected] & 230275 (Elevator No.[protected] at 3.00 p.m. and they assured us that technician has been solve our problem within 02-03 hrs. but still we are waiting for technician & our staff & other peoples are suffering.

In morning, we called 02 time at KONE's customer care & surprisingly they given same answer that technician will reach within 02 hrs.

I am complaining to you sir with request to do need full thing to me as early as possible with oblige.
