Maxim Associates, Adyar, Chennai — Delaying the postpaid sim activation

Hi This is Usha,I am currently staying in chennai

I bought a new airtel postpaid sim from Maxim Associates, Adyar, Chennai employee before 15 days,i gave all the documents but still its not activated when i am calling to the custemer care they saying something pending with thr retail(Maxim Associates, Adyar, Chennai) side.And i asked the employees and the manager too but they are saying some invalid reasons...etc

Can you please file this as the complaint and do the needfull
