[Resolved] Texmo — Poor quality of submersible pumpset
I have purchased 3 HP, 30 Stage Texmo submergible pump from Nirmala Agencies c6, Sri Laxmi Commercial Complex, Bhagyanagar Colony, in Hyderabad on 11th September 2012. I have a warranty for 1 year.
Dealer identified that Pump is failed. He said that motor is in warranty but not pump.
In Warranty card it is not mentioned.
Dealer changed his voice and said we identified some sand particles at outside of the pump. If sand particles identified then it won’t come under warranty.
In warranty card it is not mentioned.
During usage we didn’t find sand particles coming in water.
Dealer said you can’t see such a small particles.
If sand particles are such a small can’t submergible pump take care of it?
If there is damage due to sand particles can’t it be repaired?
If so does it comes under warranty or not
I would like to know who I have to contact in this regard in the Texmo Aquasub

I well send scanned copies of warranty and bill. At present i have them in PDF format i will convert them into supported format and send.
