[Resolved]  Professional Resumes — no response from the company after making payment

I took professional resume services to get new resume, i was told that resume will be prepared in 3-4 working days. For the payment i got continuous calls from the sales person to make the payment and after the payment was made there was no response from the company. I was continuous following up with the sales person and over the emails but my calls were not attended and no response even on emails. After 10 days i got the resume without any discussion of the requirements and changes. Again after lot of follow up and complaints i got the call for discussion and changes to be made in 1st version. Again after 10 days i got revised resume but all the details in the resume was wrong, when i asked for refund then i got reply that we have no policy of refund.
