I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against ProGamer.live, an event organizing entity headquartered at:

Nature of the Complaint:
I, Karan Kota, owner of The Thirsty Crow, was registered as a vendor for an event organized by ProGamer.live scheduled on May 18, 2025. However, the event was cancelled by their team, and I was informed via message by one of their executives that the refund would be processed shortly.
Despite multiple follow-ups through email, phone calls, and messages over the past weeks, I have not received any refund, nor any official communication or resolution from their side. This is particularly concerning as this is the second time such an event has been cancelled by them, causing significant operational and financial loss to my business.
