Progessive Motors — Service of Tiago

I had purchased Tata Tiago from progressive motors-Ashram Road, Ahmedabad on 17/4/2022. My first service is due between[protected] kms or One month what ever is earlier. As i had completed 1800 kms on
Dtd. 6/5/2022 i had call at call center for first service pick-up my car from home. They had given me 2-3 days time for pick-up.

But still up to today 10 days from booking of service my car was not pick up for service. And in this 10 days i had also drive more 1000 kms.
Up-till now i had called for 4-5 time for picking my vehicle, at every call get answered we are running from heavy service load for will take by 2-3 days.
EVEN LAST WEEK I GOT MESSAGE YOUR CAR IS READY AFTER SERVICE EVEN IT WAS NOT PICKED FOR SERVICE????????????????

I AM SORRY TO SAY I FEEL I HAD MAKE MISTAKE FROM CHANGING COMPANY FROM HYUNDAI TO TATA.

if this thing is going on within 1 st month of delivery god knows how the future service will be??????
